About the Role

We're seeking a Director of Advisor Relations to own retention for Fora X, our community of highest-value advisors. You'll create a cohesive and scalable function including the team, the experiences, and the recognition programs that keep our top advisors with Fora and growing their businesses. You will own a travel-knowledge bench and the experiences and recognition that keep a demanding, high-performing community with Fora. This is a builder's role for a senior operator, reporting to the Head of Advisor Experience, designed to manage systems that make experiences and recognition work at scale without losing the personal feel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead the Advisor Relations team, including managing the travel-knowledge expert bench and programming at scale.
  • Own the strategy and execution of experiences that retain advisors, such as hosted conferences, local offices, and co-working spaces.
  • Partner with relevant teams to refine the goals, approach, and advisor-fit of partner experiences like fams, retreats, and hotel openings.
  • Prove which programs grow and retain advisors, and allocate investment based on evidence.
  • Own Fora X recognition programs end-to-end, including developing new programs, managing their operations, experience, events, and qualification criteria.
  • Collaborate with lifecycle marketing to define recognition throughout the year and an advisor's lifecycle.
  • Own Fora X Advisor sentiment, leading responses to issues surfaced by support, NPS, or advisor insights.
  • Build cross-functional processes to escalate issues, create resolution accountability, and advocate across product, support, and programming.
  • Run the travel-knowledge bench as a service center for the Fora X business partner team to access expertise on travel nuances or conference selection.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in travel, hospitality, membership, or premium member experience.
  • 3+ years at a senior, lead, or director level owning a function or program end-to-end.
  • A track record of building high-performing programs from the ground up, with measurable scale and outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to link experience to commercial outcomes, showing how built programs retained and grew members.
  • A track record of scaling a high-touch program by building systems for segmentation, qualification, allocation, and self-serve.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing a team.
  • Experience managing a contractor or vendor bench is a plus.
  • Travel-adjacent credibility, with sufficient fluency in luxury travel to earn respect.
  • Comfort owning scarce, high-demand access (event seats, fam slots) with fairness and holistic management of expectations.
  • Strong cross-functional skills and genuine warmth toward the community.
  • Ability to work in the U.S.
