About the Role

Responsibilities
- Receive and issue goods, ensuring accuracy of dimensions, weight, and carton count against attached documents.
- Check physical cargo when receiving or handing over from/to contractors.
- Perform labeling, piece counting, and take pictures during cargo unloading.
- Notify Customer Service and lane operators of any discrepancies or damage found in cargo.
- Follow lane operators' instructions for daily cargo receiving.
- Ensure all operations processes are in compliance.
- Conduct value-added services for customers, such as repacking and testing reports.
- Timely handover of documentation between terminal, office, and customs building.
- Perform quality control for daily warehouse operations, trucking, and warehouse systems.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Update daily reports and prepare shipping documents for customs and billing.
- Complete any required forklift operation training.
- Undertake other assignments as directed by management.
