About the Role

Provide support to the Kimel Family Lab’s research team and projects as part of a dynamic multi-disciplinary team of psychiatrists, neuroscientists, engineers, and clinical researchers interested in understanding brain function and dysfunction.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain neuroimaging data collected from multiple research studies.
  • Assist in quality control and analysis of neuroimaging data.
  • Organize and process large functional and structural MRI data.
  • Perform quality control for ongoing studies.
  • Implement neuroimaging pipelines for clinical trial decisions.
  • Assist in data entry.
  • Update and maintain electronic databases.
  • Conduct searches of electronic resources.
  • Prepare data for presentations and peer-reviewed research papers.
  • Perform other research-related administrative duties.
  • Support a healthy workplace that embraces diversity, encourages teamwork and complies with all applicable CAMH policies, as well as all regulatory and legislative requirements.

Requirements

  • Experience in maintaining neuroimaging data.
  • Experience in quality control and analysis of neuroimaging data.
  • Experience in data organization and processing of large functional and structural MRI data.
  • Experience in quality control for ongoing studies.
  • Experience in timely implementation of neuroimaging pipelines for decisions in clinical trials.
  • Experience in data entry.
  • Experience in updating and maintaining electronic databases.
  • Experience in conducting searches of electronic resources.
  • Experience in preparing data for presentations and peer-reviewed research papers.
  • Experience in research-related administrative duties.
