Responsibilities
- Manage ocean import operations, including data entry, customer service, rating, routing, and documentation preparation.
- Track processed orders and issue invoices for services rendered.
- Provide exceptional customer service via verbal and written communication.
- Communicate effectively with internal departments, regional branches, offices, and external contacts.
- Demonstrate good organizational skills and the ability to learn and retain information to build core industry-related skills.
- Undertake other assignments as directed by management.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, with exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
