About the Role
Stoney Clover Lane is seeking a Wholesale Assistant to support seamless wholesale fulfillment. This role is essential for accurate and efficient order handling, ensuring every detail matters in delivering exceptional wholesale operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in wholesale order fulfillment.
- Ensure orders are fulfilled in accordance with retailer vendor guidelines.
- Maintain organization of orders during the fulfillment process.
- Ensure orders are sent out ahead of the final shipping date.
- Unpack boxes for the day.
- Count, receive, and process orders.
- Reorganize inventory.
- Help create solutions for better inventory storage and organization.
- Perform quality control on wholesale orders, reviewing accuracy and quality including SKU, spelling, customization accuracy, color, and number of items.
- Clean workspace at the end of each day.
- Break down boxes and assist with cleaning responsibilities.
- Work with attention and efficiency while maintaining a sense of urgency.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of wholesale experience is a MUST.
- Clear communication and ability to ask for what you need.
- Solution-focused and take calculated risks.
- Thorough in project completion and attentive to details.
- A relentless drive for results.
- Courageously creative to try something new while maintaining the brand ethos.
- Acknowledge the power of choice in all aspects of life, and choose happiness.
- Experience with EDI, vendor guidelines, vendor portal navigation, and other wholesale technology platforms.
- Professional work experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Office and Google Docs / Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be 18 years of age and able to work legally in the USA.
- Possess a solid understanding of daily wholesale operations and industry standard wholesale specific terminology.
