About the Role

Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for assembling parts, deburring, buffing, tumbling, and polishing medical device instruments.

Responsibilities

  • Follow work instructions.
  • Use a microscope to inspect your work.
  • Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr.
  • Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components.
  • Maintain necessary logs.
  • Provide necessary information to other team members and departments.
  • Troubleshoot minor errors.
  • Report on job status/progress to members of management team.
  • Maintain quality and safety control standards.
  • Punctuality is a must.

Requirements

  • Ability to speak and read English.
  • Ability to handle delicate parts.
  • Flexible schedule, dependable, and willing to learn new techniques.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods.
