About the Role
Work in a team of 5-8 members, primarily responsible for assembling parts, deburring, buffing, tumbling, and polishing medical device instruments.
Responsibilities
- Follow work instructions.
- Use a microscope to inspect your work.
- Use buffing motors to smooth, polish and deburr.
- Use Ultrasonic cleaning machine medical device components.
- Maintain necessary logs.
- Provide necessary information to other team members and departments.
- Troubleshoot minor errors.
- Report on job status/progress to members of management team.
- Maintain quality and safety control standards.
- Punctuality is a must.
Requirements
- Ability to speak and read English.
- Ability to handle delicate parts.
- Flexible schedule, dependable, and willing to learn new techniques.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to concentrate on a single task for prolonged periods.
