About the Role
Mindfully Texas is seeking a full-time LPC-S Clinical Supervisor & Therapist to provide culturally responsive, confidential, and compassionate care to clients while supporting and supervising developing clinicians. The ideal candidate will collaborate within a team, demonstrate leadership, and offer mentorship and clinical oversight.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a balanced caseload while fulfilling supervision responsibilities.
- Conduct intake assessments, including differential diagnosis and level-of-care considerations.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services.
- Build and maintain strong therapeutic rapport with clients, demonstrating cultural sensitivity.
- Market, retain, and grow a stable caseload.
- Attend scheduled appointments, meetings, and practice-related responsibilities reliably.
- Respond to client communication in a timely and professional manner.
- Complete DAP notes within 24 hours and maintain accurate treatment plans, risk assessments, and clinical documentation.
- Follow Mindfully Texas employment policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
- Participate in case consultation meetings and complete additional duties as assigned.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- Maintain personal self-care practices to support sustainable clinical work.
- Network within the therapist and referral community to cultivate referral relationships.
- Provide individual clinical supervision to unlicensed clinicians.
- Foster a culture of feedback, psychological safety, accountability, and trust with supervisees.
- Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in all supervisory relationships.
- Provide clear guidance, encouragement, and support to promote clinical growth.
- Offer case consultation and clinical support as needed.
- Assist supervisees in building and maintaining sustainable caseloads.
- Support accountability related to documentation completion, payment collection, timeliness, and job performance.
- Maintain knowledge of the Employee Handbook, office policies, and procedures.
- Assist with onboarding and training for new unlicensed clinicians and interns.
- Model and promote adherence to ethical standards, clinical risk-management practices, and quality benchmarks.
