About the Role

As a Marketing Program Manager at Outshift by Cisco, you will execute integrated marketing programs to drive awareness and adoption of emerging technologies. You will collaborate with various teams to deliver product launches, webinars, campaigns, and operational initiatives supporting business growth. This role requires managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a focus on operational excellence and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional marketing programs, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment for product launches, campaigns, and key initiatives.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of Outshift's webinar program, including planning, platform management, live event moderation, and post-event reporting.
  • Manage marketing operations by administering tools, workflows, automations, resource planning, and campaign tracking to improve team efficiency.
  • Analyze and communicate campaign, webinar, and website performance metrics, providing actionable insights for stakeholders and quarterly business reviews.
  • Coordinate cross-functional approvals, vendor relationships, and additional marketing initiatives to ensure successful delivery across content, digital, paid media, and web programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, marketing program management, product marketing, campaign management, marketing operations, or event/webinar production.
  • Experience managing multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously while driving execution and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience using marketing and collaboration platforms such as Airtable, Jira, Confluence, ON24, or similar tools.
  • Experience analyzing and reporting marketing campaign, webinar, or digital performance metrics using reporting or analytics tools.

Salary/Compensations

  • $121,000.00 - $152,500.00 (U.S. and/or Canada)
  • $136,000.00 - $197,100.00 (New York City Metro Area)
  • $121,000.00 - $175,400.00 (Non-Metro New York state & Washington state)
