About the Role
We're hiring an engineer whose job is to use AI to automate manual work across every team at Integral and make every employee dramatically more productive. You will work directly with the Founders.
Responsibilities
- Ship one working automation per week, picking the highest-friction workflow.
- Define, enrich, and update sources of truth across Integral.
- Own Context Management, deploying agents that detect drift, flag contradictions, and identify gaps.
- Own Integrations, building and maintaining MCP servers and internal tooling.
- Own Agent Development, building agents that do real work and writing comprehensive eval suites.
Requirements
- 4+ years shipping production software.
- Full-stack TypeScript or Python experience.
- 1+ year building/thinking/shipping LLM applications with evals.
- Experience building an MCP server or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of the AI frontier, including models, frameworks, and agent vs. script usage.
- High-context, high-agency approach to problem-solving.
- Comfortable making small, important decisions independently and discussing larger decisions with the CTO.
- English fluency required.
