About the Role
As a Barista at the Croissanterie by Pavyllon, you will be a key point of contact for guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and preparing exceptional coffee and beverages. This role combines technical skill with genuine hospitality, focusing on consistency, presentation, and guest interaction in a fast-paced luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high quality coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to a consistently high standard
- Provide warm, professional, and engaging service to all guests
- Maintain excellent product knowledge across coffee, pastries, and retail offerings
- Ensure the counter, equipment, and service areas remain clean, organised, and well presented
- Support daily opening, closing, and stock control procedures
- Handle guest enquiries and make recommendations confidently
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work closely with the Pavyllon and Croissanterie teams to deliver a seamless guest experience
- Maintain Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism, and hospitality at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista within a café, restaurant, hotel, or similar environment
- Right to Work in the UK
