About the Role
The Director, Marketing Tevimbra, Canada is responsible for developing, implementing, managing, and executing a best-in-class marketing strategy to support the Canadian launch and lifecycle development of Tevimbra. This role is instrumental in developing both disease strategies and brand strategies to support the asset. This role demands a dynamic leader who can drive innovation in Canada while working collaboratively with counterparts in the US and Global teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead global professional promotional strategy for Tevimbra, in alignment with brand positioning and cross-functional objectives.
- Implement the promotional strategy including execution of core tactics and customer-facing promotion of Tevimbra where appropriate.
- Collaborate with cross-functional team to ensure consistent, compliant, and impactful representation of Tevimbra at key conferences.
- Lead local cross-functional competitive readiness to identify, evaluate, and prepare for key competitive events and market dynamics.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Access, and other team members to develop competitive messaging and materials.
- Collaborate with Global Market Analytics and manage Canadian market research efforts to inform commercial strategy, positioning, messaging, and decision-making across key indications.
- Lead cross-functional Canadian brand team in development of Long Range Plan, and Annual Operating Plan (LRP, AOP) and execution of plans.
- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across multiple functions (eg. Sales, corporate affairs, supply chain, legal & compliance, regulatory) and Brand Leads to translate and execute brand strategy and business objectives.
- Oversee the management of agencies, vendors and consultants across the brands to achieve great impact and financial efficiencies.
- Support the supply planning and distribution planning of Tevimbra.
- Engage with Canadian KOLs and other external stakeholders to refine and enhance brand strategies.
- Partner with Medical Affairs to drive Canadian KOL engagement plans, engage relevant Tevimbra experts, and KOLs in establishing plans.
- Manage Tevimbra patient support program in collaboration with cross-functional team.
- Resourcefulness and ability to take a hands-on approach to executing the annual operation plan with limited resources.
- Given demands of Tevimbra, other commercial responsibilities may be assigned based on business need and capacity (eg. Supply, Trade Relations).
- Provide input to shape company policy and act as a role model to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensures compliance with Canadian pharmacovigilance regulations, including the reporting of adverse drug reactions and product quality complaints.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree with 10+ years experience working in dynamic and fast-paced environments.
- Possess the ability to manage project teams.
- 3-5+ years Hematology/Oncology Commercial Experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills who can influence at all levels of the Organization.
- Experience developing and executing successful launch commercial strategies.
- Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian regulatory environment.
- Able to navigate applicable standard operating procedures.
- This position does not have direct reports, but will require strong leadership of agency partners and cross-functional teams.
