About the Role

FreeWheel is looking for a Manager to lead a team and oversee strategic initiatives within the Commercial Operations Group. This role requires moderate guidance and ensures high-quality support and delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Foster strong cross-functional collaboration and teamwork with stakeholders and peers.
• Ensure career growth, performance management, and succession planning for team members.
• Utilize data and reporting to measure, track, and communicate team and initiative performance.
• Ensure adherence to existing processes, templates, and best practices in initiative management.
