About the Role

Ascape Landscape and Construction is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage daily accounting operations, support business analysis, and oversee the monthly close process. This role is crucial for maintaining financial accuracy and efficiency within the company.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including AR, AP, GL Management, billings, and vendor setup.
• Collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to support business operations analysis and implement operating metrics.
• Oversee and manage the monthly close process for multiple entities, including journal entries, management reporting, and close package preparation.
• Create and document streamlined standard operating procedures and recommend improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in full-cycle accounting.
• Understanding of GAAP standards and reporting.
• Ability to manipulate and analyze data using advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with job costing and reporting.
• Experience with payroll reporting for OCIP and CCIP insured jobs.
