About the Role

Join Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, and help democratize access to culture and entertainment. We are seeking bar-raisers with a hands-on mindset to shape the future of entertainment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, launch, and manage events from inception to completion.
• Define strategies for scaling events across multiple markets in collaboration with other departments.
• Build and manage a team of project managers in Japan for large-scale strategic projects.
• Develop and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives from major entertainment companies.
• Ensure individual team members achieve their quality and revenue goals through regular performance oversight.
• Grow event revenue by maximizing sales performance, customer excellence, and operational quality.
• Manage budgets and on-site teams.
• Scale experiences to other cities, with potential for travel.
• Negotiate and close business deals with partners.
• Execute detailed analysis of business opportunities and processes.
• Pitch projects to major entertainment companies.
• Manage internal teams involved in projects.
• Represent Fever at local events and with local PR.

Requirements

• Project management, startup, or consulting background with 6+ years of experience.
• MBA from a top-tier school is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with team management experience.
• Solution-focused with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on C-level relationship management.
• Ability to influence and persuade staff at all levels.
• Capability to coordinate and audit internal and external teams to ensure agreed-upon achievements.
• Advanced commercial acumen.
• Curious and eager to push boundaries and try new concepts.
• Native/Fluent English and Japanese proficiency.
• Other languages are a plus.
• Not a position for an event production background.
