  • Deliver and maintain HPC’s Associated Development Sites and Parking Allocation and enforcement.
  • Deputise for the Passenger Transport Service Manager in their absence.
  • Provide technical input and advice for the scope of work, potentially involving all stages of procurement, planning, implementation, and operation.
  • Act as the Project Point of Contact and local authority liaison for the control and removal of GRT community incursions.
  • Develop, review, and update policies and procedures for safety and standard operating procedures across AD sites.
  • Prepare detailed specifications for infrastructure or real estate changes.
  • Ensure safe and sufficient facilities for Tier 1 contract partners' staff to travel to the main HPC Construction site.
  • Act as a single point of contact for all AD site matters related to Passenger Transport and Parking activity.
  • Undertake planned and reactive monthly Health and Safety and Engagement inspections and meetings.
  • Undertake emergent tasks as directed by the Passenger Transport Service Manager.

Requirements

  • Recent and relevant in-depth knowledge and experience in a service supply environment.
  • Management or leadership experience in a service lead environment.
  • Experience working within the constraints of a controlled access high-security environment.
  • Confident in own abilities and able to deliver a positive effect in a dynamic, fluctuating environment.
