About the Role

WildBrain is seeking a Media Operations Coordinator to support the digital, commercial, and marketing strategies for its Kids & Family franchises and third-party clients. Reporting to the Senior Media Operations Manager, you will assist in developing and executing digital paid media campaigns as part of an integrated digital marketing approach, working closely with various teams to grow and engage audiences and promote licensed products.

Responsibilities

  • Execute paid media campaigns on digital platforms to drive growth, awareness, and conversions for owned and client campaigns.
  • Implement and analyze bespoke media strategies across social, YouTube, search, network, and emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, content, product) for campaign setup, execution, and optimization on WildBrain’s YouTube Reserve network.
  • Ensure creatives comply with industry standards, platform guidelines, and legal requirements.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve effectiveness and achieve KPIs.
  • Help manage media budgets to maximize return and track spend and payments.
  • Generate regular reports on campaign performance, revenue tracking, and ad operations metrics.
  • Ensure all material and activity is of appropriate quality and complies with relevant guidelines and procedures.
  • Ensure the correct functioning of escalation and issue management procedures.

Requirements

  • Experience or knowledge of creating and executing digital campaigns across platforms like Google Ads (YouTube, Search, Display), META Ads Manager, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest, and FAST Channels.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and manage client relationships.
  • Organized and proactive.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and provide insights on metrics, analytics tools, and campaign performance.
  • Self-starter with a solution-driven mindset and ability to learn quickly.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with a keen interest in the kids and family media landscape.
  • Educational background in Marketing, Communications, Advertising fields, or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Experience or knowledge of advertising to children is an advantage.
