About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a robust understanding of social media and global, fully integrated campaigns, experience with integrated production, and strong project management and operation skills to support the day-to-day running of a major account. This role involves creating content at a fast pace while planning larger campaign initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Take the lead on planning and managing large, complex projects with many workstreams in their entirety, from brief to delivery.
  • Mobilize internal and external teams around the project vision, ensuring a clear picture of expected outcomes.
  • Manage the day-to-day execution of projects internally and with clients, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
  • Oversee resource management alongside the Creative Director and Resource Manager.
  • Track financial progression, assess it, and suggest adjustments to the project and team as needed.
  • Partner with Account, Strategy, and Creative leads to meet client expectations, creative vision, and agency needs.
  • Identify risks and solutions, acting as the problem solver to maintain agility and strategy.
  • Potentially manage a Project Manager to support the lead project.
  • Partner with and support internal creators to ensure high-quality work execution.
  • Oversee production budgets to ensure efficient and on-budget project delivery.
  • Organize and run pre-production phases, including meetings.
  • Manage post-production and asset delivery, tracking status and compliance.
  • Lead and schedule project-related meetings (kickoffs, brainstorms, reviews).
  • Act as a client-facing contact for budget, timing, resource, and process discussions.
  • Liaise with internal specialty leads and manage external vendors for assigned production projects.
  • Write client SOWs, vendor agreements, change orders, and other contract documents.
  • Ensure Agency, Client, Vendor, and Legal processes and requirements are met.
  • Manage various ATL, digital, and social content (video, image, websites, TVC, print, retail, etc.), ensuring quality control and trafficking.
  • Assess challenges and identify opportunities for solutions.
  • Serve as the first point of escalation for issue/conflict resolution.
  • Grow relationships, have fun, and participate in VaynerMedia social engagement.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience and ownership of complex strategic projects requiring senior stakeholder management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Budget development and contract (SOW) writing experience.
  • Ability to recognize and solve potential problems, escalate issues or conflicts, and continually evaluate project effectiveness.
  • Manage overall quality of project delivery and documentation for the account.
  • Strong understanding of creative development and asset creation processes.
  • A positive, cool, calm, and collected approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to thrive and remain agile in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong self-awareness and people-management skills.
  • Understanding of different channels, including relevant social media platforms and their requirements.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.K.
