About the Role

Our Greater Toronto Area (GTA) architectural team is a key contributor to Stantec’s diverse industrial portfolio. We are seeking a dynamic leader to inspire, engage, and grow a culturally strong, high-performing industrial practice in Ontario. The ideal candidate will bring strong data center and industrial project experience, along with project leadership and business development skills, to join our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

Lead design for commercial, industrial, and data center projects
Coordinate multidisciplinary project teams
Prepare deliverables across all project phases
Uphold Stantec standards for quality, safety, and project delivery
Advance in-house architectural expertise and methodologies
Pursue continuing education to expand knowledge
Develop and maintain client relationships
Facilitate team and client meetings
Communicate project updates to leadership
Deliver engaging presentations, both written and verbal
Identify business development opportunities across disciplines
Collaborate on commercial and industrial pursuits
Develop winning strategies for RFPs
Engage in client contact, proposal preparation, and interviews
