About the Role

We are seeking experienced Product Managers to transform complex service needs into effective digital solutions. You will manage technology products, define roadmaps, and drive continuous improvement using data, user insight, and stakeholder engagement. This role is crucial for improving services that support vulnerable residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of products supporting critical housing and community services.
• Develop product strategies, prioritize investment, and ensure technology enables better outcomes.
• Manage the improvement of the Resident Portal and modules within the council's Housing Management System.
• Lead the development and improvement of products supporting customer services and the Register Office.
• Shape product roadmaps and ensure services are accessible, efficient, and customer-centric.
• Manage the service's customized Power Apps and linked technologies like the Virtual Contact Centre.

Requirements

• Combine strategic thinking with a strong focus on delivery and customer outcomes.
• Confident managing competing priorities, influencing stakeholders, and working with suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Use evidence, insight, and user feedback to drive continual improvement.
• Motivated by the opportunity to improve services that help residents access housing support, settle into communities, and thrive.
