About the Role
As an Onsite Coordinator, you will be on the ground ensuring our experiences create unforgettable moments for people worldwide. Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage on-site event staff, ensuring training on duties, ticket validation, and adherence to Fever policies.
- Manage and control event inventories, including devices like PDAs, computers, and POS systems.
- Oversee the validation system and devices, such as the Fever Partners App.
- Control the flow of people throughout the event to avoid bottlenecks and manage queues.
- Manage onsite payment devices and accounts for Food & Beverage/Merchandise.
- Handle onsite customer complaints, providing timely solutions and alternatives.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Engage customers to go the extra mile.
- Provide daily reports to Fever Managers on event status, including pre- and post-event findings, feedback, and onsite incidents.
- Serve as the point of contact between partners, production, and onsite staff, representing the Fever Brand and demonstrating knowledge of its culture, brand, and policies.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Japanese.
- Excellent face-to-face communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient with strong time management skills.
- Ability to think strategically and efficiently when faced with on-site issues.
- Willingness to learn from mistakes and provide feedback for improvement.
- Collaborative approach and willingness to perform all required event tasks.
- Decisive and organized.
- Flexibility and availability to work rotating shifts (09:00–18:00 / 09:30–18:30), including weekends as scheduled.
