About the Role

The Lead, Talent Enablement will design, build, launch, and continuously improve products and experiences aligned with the Talent Enablement roadmap. This role is crucial for creating meaningful ways to help leaders lead with confidence and employees grow with clarity, by integrating leadership development, manager enablement, performance enablement, Career Pathing, Talent Marketplace, Career Coach, Skills Taxonomy, and internal mobility into a connected ecosystem. This is a builder role focused on the overall experience, partnering with the Director, Talent Enablement and business leaders to create AI-ready enablement experiences grounded in Bond’s Leadership Principles and values.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build and continuously evolve Bond’s leadership enablement ecosystem for frontline, mid-level, and senior leaders, launching practical leadership experiences for distinct cohorts including new leader onboarding.
  • Translate capability expectations into development outcomes of what great leadership looks like at Bond.
  • Create practical resources, toolkits, and just-in-time support that help leaders coach, give feedback, make decisions, and lead day to day with more confidence and consistency.
  • Support leaders to lead successfully in an AI-enabled workplace through practical learning, experimentation, and real-world application.
  • Help evolve Bond’s performance experience to support more frequent, forward-looking growth and development conversations.
  • Build tools and enablement resources that strengthen the quality of performance and career conversations across the business.
  • Partner to evolve a connected talent ecosystem that links skills, career frameworks, performance enablement, career pathing, and internal mobility into one consistent employee experience aligned to the Talent Enablement roadmap and Bond’s values.
  • Support the development and evolution of key initiatives including skills taxonomy, career pathing, Talent Marketplace V2, and Career Coach Agent V1.
  • Drive the adoption and change management for Talent Enablement products and experiences building leader buy-in, planning and executing rollouts, creating supporting communications, and to support sustained behaviour changes for team members.
  • Gather feedback from leaders and team members, track adoption and engagement, and use data, including learning metrics, employee sentiment, and business outcomes through the GPTW, pulse surveys and qualitative feedback to assess what's working and continuously improve the products and experiences we build.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in talent enablement, leadership development, organizational development, or a similar space.
  • Experience designing and building capability experiences that go beyond standalone learning programs.
  • A strong ability to turn strategy into practical, useful experiences, tools, and resources that support real growth on the job.
  • Confidence designing modern enablement experiences that blend structured learning, social learning, manager support, and in-the-flow-of-work tools.
  • A systems mindset-you naturally connect leadership, performance, skills, career growth, and mobility rather than treating them as separate programs.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
  • A builder mentality-you’re comfortable with ambiguity, move quickly, and enjoy creating something new.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can strengthen how people learn, grow, and lead.
  • Experience with performance enablement platforms, skills or career frameworks, or internal talent marketplace solutions is an asset.
