About the Role

This customer-focused role is essential to GCT's success, requiring a commitment to providing guests with winning experiences. You will work collaboratively with your team to exceed guest expectations while maintaining a fun and professional environment under the direction of the Senior Manager, Food and Beverage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality food and flavorful drinks.
• Maintain supplies and inventory to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Provide cash and tendering support.
• Lead by example to create positive experiences for guests and colleagues.
• Adhere to all AGCO, GCGC, departmental, and HR policies.
• Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and statutory regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proven ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
• Understanding of food preparation, service techniques, and sanitation practices for concession food and alcohol.
• Working knowledge of cash register and tendering procedures.
• Proven accuracy in basic mathematical calculations.
• Effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
• Must obtain and maintain Smart Serve certification.
