About the Role
Eagle Rock Properties is seeking a porter to join their Maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and attractive environment around the Leasing Office, Clubhouse, Pool, and all common areas.
- Maintain clean streets, curb, and sidewalks.
- Sweep all breezeways and steps.
- Maintain clean laundry rooms.
- Maintain clean doors and light globes.
- Replace exterior light bulbs as needed.
- Clean the pool area and pool furniture.
- Clean mailroom.
- Empty all trash receptacles daily.
- Report inoperable vehicles on property to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
- Report potential liabilities to the Maintenance Supervisor and/or Property Manager.
- Assist in apartment make-readies and cleaning of units.
- Assist with snow removal as required.
- Read and abide by all company policies and procedures and community policies.
- Be familiar with and assist in property compliance with all company requirements and objectives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
