About the Role
Mindfully Texas is seeking licensed behavioral health clinicians for its outpatient practice. The practice focuses on matching clients with specialized clinicians to improve outcomes and provider fulfillment, offering a private practice setting without administrative burdens. Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy using evidence-based approaches
- Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation
- Manage a full-time outpatient caseload
- Collaborate with fellow clinicians and staff as needed
- Maintain active licensure, continuing education, and professional standards
Requirements
- Active, unrestricted Texas license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Independent status
- Master's degree or doctoral degree from an accredited program
- Strong clinical judgment, professionalism, and documentation skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and compliance with HIPAA and Texas regulations
