About the Role
The Acquisition Specialist will identify potential vehicle acquisitions and opportunities for Austin INFINITI's Pre-Owned Inventory, schedule customer appraisal appointments, and provide information and approved offers to customers.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential acquisition units.
- Set appointments for appraisal.
- Provide information and approved offers to prospective customers.
- Follow up on opportunities to do business.
- Encourage customers to post an online review on the experience.
- Communicate with the service advisors on open ROs that could convert into a business opportunity.
- Communicate daily with the Pre-Owned Sales Director on service appointments, sales staff opportunities, and follow ups.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
- Effective communication.
- Willingness to learn and develop.
- Confidence when talking to customers.
- Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
- Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

- Monday through Saturday with 1 day off during the week
Salary/Compensations
- $21 per hour with a unit purchase bonus
