About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Manager FP&A to join our Finance team, reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A. This role involves leading FP&A business partner relationships and driving strategic finance initiatives. It's a high-visibility position within a function that collaborates directly with the CFO, ELT, and external advisors. The ideal candidate will expand existing relationships and methodologies with key stakeholders, manage planning cycles (Budget/Forecast/LRP), analyze revenue, headcount, cost of goods, and operating expenses, and compile financial plans.

Responsibilities

  • Own finance business partnership with VPs and C-level stakeholders, providing fiscal insights to achieve strategic plans.
  • Prepare and present deliverables to the C-suite.
  • Build financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly outlooks to support organizational decision-making.
  • Guide business partners and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial plans.
  • Partner with the business to provide insights and recommendations for revenue growth and profitability optimization.
  • Manage the P&L by analyzing financial and operating results, identifying improvements, and driving cost optimization.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures for accurate forecasting and planning.
  • Support other FP&A leaders in developing long-term strategies.
  • Develop a network of cross-functional contacts to anticipate changes in revenue generation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • 7+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
  • Expert knowledge in Excel.
  • Experience developing, maintaining, and reporting P&L results.
  • Experience as a finance business partner supporting senior leadership.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Strong and effective verbal and written communication in English.
  • Fluency in English as a working language is required.
