About the Role

The Senior Program Manager, Human Resources, is responsible for leading the execution of enterprise-wide HR initiatives and workforce transformations. This role translates senior leadership strategy into actionable plans and ensures end-to-end execution. The position acts as a central coordinator and strategic advisor, bridging HR Centers of Expertise (CoE) and HR Business Partners (HRBP) who support executive-level clients. Adaptability, comfort with tight deadlines, rapid execution, and managing evolving priorities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of major corporate HR initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions, minimizing risks, and avoiding operational disruptions.
  • Evolve HR strategies from traditional programmatic models to agile and continuous frameworks that meet evolving business needs.
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of complex HR projects, aligning multiple workstreams, managing stakeholder communications, and ensuring critical milestones are met on schedule.
  • Drive continuous process improvement initiatives while addressing immediate execution requirements.
  • Partner with CoEs to develop comprehensive communication frameworks and go-to-market strategies, acting as a primary HRBP and advisor to CoEs while providing continuous feedback.
  • Produce high-quality, data-driven executive reports on complex workforce initiatives, leveraging strong technical and analytical skills to inform senior leadership's strategic decisions.
  • Manage financial tracking and governance of HR projects, ensuring costs and budgets are strictly maintained within financial tolerances.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, management consulting, or HR strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, drive large-scale organizational change, and evolve teams towards agile operating models.
  • Strong ability to build business cases, manage complex budgets, and collaborate with Finance teams to track ROI and operational savings.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience developing executive-level presentations, talking points, and enablement toolkits.
  • Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions offered in Quebec.
  • Professional designations such as PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or PROSCI change management certification are assets.
