About the Role
In your REWE store, you will ensure that customers always feel welcome and well-advised, bringing smiles to their faces with excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Enthusiastically engage customers with appealing product displays, expert advice, and courteous service.
- Maintain excellent product availability, freshness, and cleanliness with a keen eye for detail.
- Demonstrate skill in handling bread and baked goods.
- Stock shelves, price items correctly, and independently implement ideas for sales promotions.
- Verify the completeness and quality of products upon receipt of goods.
Requirements
- Ideally, completed vocational training as a specialized bakery sales assistant or professional experience in the food retail sector.
- Welcome to career changers with food knowledge.
- Enjoy interacting with people and have a passion for retail.
- Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented work style with a customer focus.
- Motivation to learn new things.
- Willingness to work a flexible shift system, Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 18:00.
