About the Role

Lead the planning and delivery of complex, mission-critical data center projects from concept through commissioning. Coordinate multidisciplinary design teams, ensure compliance with design standards, and act as the central decision-making authority for design matters. This role is for technically proficient individuals who work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality solutions in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage external design and commissioning consultants
Coordinate interdisciplinary design across all CSA and MEPH disciplines
Ensure compliance with global and regional Design Engineering Guidelines
Manage design schedules, budgets, change management, and deliverables
Overall technical responsibility across design, construction, and commissioning
Support construction execution by handling RFIs and technical clarifications
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contractors, suppliers, customers, and authorities
Contribute to standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement of designs

Requirements

Experience in the data center environment
Strong skills in technical coordination and stakeholder management
Confident communication skills to explain and defend technical decisions
Structured, proactive way of working and resilience in a demanding project environment
Very good English skills, written and spoken
