About the Role

Able Innovations is seeking dynamic individuals from the healthcare industry to join our Customer Success Team as Partnerships and Success Specialists. This role involves training hospital staff on cutting-edge technology to improve safety and efficiency, serving as an on-site expert and representative during product launches and implementations. It is ideal for those who thrive at the intersection of technology, education, and human connection.

Responsibilities

Lead hands-on training sessions for hospital staff on the safe and effective use of Able Innovations equipment.
Provide "at-the-elbow" support during shift changes and peak hours to ensure staff feel confident using new technology.
Bridge the gap between engineering and nursing by translating technical features into clinical benefits.
Observe usage on the floor, identify barriers to adoption, and encourage hesitant staff to try new workflows.
Report site-specific feedback, bugs, or wins back to Able Innovations headquarters.

Requirements

Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience in a hospital setting (Med/Surg, ICU, or ER) preferred.
Experience as a Registered Nurse (RN), RPN/LPN, Nursing Aide, Porter, OT, PT, PSW or any healthcare clinician role.
Experience as a preceptor, charge nurse, or clinical educator is a huge plus.
Comfortable speaking to groups and teaching peers.
Ability to be comfortable with learning new hardware/software and troubleshooting basic issues.
Approachable, empathetic, and persuasive personality.
Valid G or G2 driver's license and eligibility for cross-border travel (US).
