About the Role
As an Administrator, Settlements Team, you will play a key role in our clients’ transactions within the group savings and retirement sector, ensuring they feel confident and secure about their future. Responsibilities
- Analyze and carry out various transactions required for plan administration
- Receive and process client requests received by email
- Review and verify colleagues’ non-financial transactions
- Prepare various reports and tax slips for clients and regulatory authorities
- Contribute to continuous improvement by proposing solutions using Lean tools
- Participate in the DMS (Daily Management System)
Requirements
