About the Role

As an Electrician (m/f/d) Technician in Data Center Operations at our Berlin location (BER2, Lankwitzer Straße 45-47, 12107 Berlin), your responsibilities include the independent and self-responsible execution of inspection, maintenance, commissioning, and repair work on technical building equipment (TGA). This includes medium-voltage and backup power systems, UPS systems, cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems. The systems are managed based on qualifications.

Responsibilities

Manage technical and safety-related systems
Identify and resolve faults
Independently plan and execute switching and transfer operations
Electronically document performed activities
Report and track identified defects, their resolution, and other special incidents
Adhere to customer-specific service levels
Ensure quality and performance standards
Perform specialized maintenance work
Participate in on-call duty

Requirements

Successfully completed vocational training in electrical engineering (e.g., as a building technician, electrical installer, electrician, electronics technician for building and infrastructure systems), refrigeration technician, refrigeration system installer, or a comparable qualification
Experience in operating, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems, cooling, air conditioning, and ventilation systems
MS Office skills desirable
Good German language skills, both written and spoken; English skills desirable
Independent and reliable way of working
Willingness to be on call / work shifts
