About the Role

We are seeking a Services Data Lead for a six-month engagement to upgrade our mental health services schema and curation pipeline. You will oversee the data lifecycle, direct a team of specialists, and establish repeatable processes to improve the platform's offerings while working closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve the services data schema and taxonomy
  • Own and iterate the curation pipeline including sourcing, screening, and tagging
  • Direct a small bench of data specialists by setting quality bars and writing SOPs
  • Liaise with design, product, engineering, and service partners to refine data presentation
  • Advise on internal tooling improvements for admin, ingestion, and QA workflows
  • Document a repeatable playbook for data operations

Requirements

  • Working understanding of healthcare services data, specifically mental health
  • Strong data-schema and data-modeling judgment
  • Fluent in Postgres and SQL
  • Experience running data operations with human-in-the-loop or annotation components
  • Proven experience directing distributed specialists to a quality bar
  • Track record of owning and improving KPIs for data accuracy and freshness
  • Ability to write SOPs and develop quality-systems
  • Experience working across product, engineering, and external partners
  • Ability to work fast with limited scaffolding
