About the Role
We are seeking a Services Data Lead for a six-month engagement to upgrade our mental health services schema and curation pipeline. You will oversee the data lifecycle, direct a team of specialists, and establish repeatable processes to improve the platform's offerings while working closely with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Steward and evolve the services data schema and taxonomy
- Own and iterate the curation pipeline including sourcing, screening, and tagging
- Direct a small bench of data specialists by setting quality bars and writing SOPs
- Liaise with design, product, engineering, and service partners to refine data presentation
- Advise on internal tooling improvements for admin, ingestion, and QA workflows
- Document a repeatable playbook for data operations
Requirements
- Working understanding of healthcare services data, specifically mental health
- Strong data-schema and data-modeling judgment
- Fluent in Postgres and SQL
- Experience running data operations with human-in-the-loop or annotation components
- Proven experience directing distributed specialists to a quality bar
- Track record of owning and improving KPIs for data accuracy and freshness
- Ability to write SOPs and develop quality-systems
- Experience working across product, engineering, and external partners
- Ability to work fast with limited scaffolding
