About the Role

Responsibilities

• Advise customers to maximize sales potential.
• Open and close the store.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome.
• Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, explaining product features, and suggesting complementary items.
• Be available for customers in fitting rooms.
• Meet and exceed personal sales goals.
• Manage the sales floor in the absence of managers.
• Prepare, identify, and place products on the sales floor to enhance the shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store and backstore.
• Stay informed about new products to share recommendations with customers.
• Process customer transactions at the cash register.
• Adhere to policies and procedures from head office departments.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the team.

Requirements

• Previous sales experience.
• Love for clothing that celebrates feel-good femininity (lingerie, sleepwear, swimwear).
• Ability to listen to customer needs and provide excellent service.
• Proactive and conscientious.
• Open to working holidays and longer hours during busy periods.
• Seeking a career with continuous challenges.
• Functionally bilingual (an asset).

Salary/Compensations

• HOURLY SALARY : 18,32$ - 18,75$
