  • Coordinate tasks with the management team.

  • Recruit, prepare, train, and source candidates for various roles.
  • Plan work schedules, manage absences/lateness.
  • Participate in performance evaluations.
  • Schedule team members based on performance and store traffic.
  • Master product knowledge and technical features.
  • Create an attractive and inviting store environment.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities.
  • Build a steady and loyal customer base.
  • Assist with planning incoming orders and setting up visual displays.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the store.
  • Collaborate with mall administration.
  • Analyze reports to optimize productivity and sales.
  • Open and close the store.
  • Manage controllable expenses.
  • Adhere to head office policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as needed.
