About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager (d/f/m) who will create exciting technological projects with the best design and first-class usability together with our client.
Responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and implementation of complex online and e-commerce projects, always keeping an eye on the fulfillment of milestones.
- Manage the entire project from the preparation of the offer to the control of the relevant key figures in order to realize the project on time and in budget.
- Act as a central interface for communication and clarification of requirements and needs between internal and external stakeholders and implementing expert teams.
- Advise and support customers with a confident and proactive manner.
- Utilize knowledge and experience in stakeholder management, risk management, controlling, and reporting.
- Lead interdisciplinary project teams, also across locations, and maintain regular, close contact.
Requirements
- At least 5+ years of experience in a client-facing agency role or in direct, competent and trustworthy consulting of clients in a corporate environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken German and English.
- Practical experience in the technical implementation of digital projects and/or e-commerce projects.
- Experience in (multi-)project management as well as classic and agile project management methods and tools (e.g. Asana or Jira).
- Skilled in the creation of cost overviews and offers.
- Ability to design project plans with milestones and dependencies.
- Ability to create re-briefings and document deadlines with clients.
- Work independently, on your own responsibility, in a structured and organized manner, characterized by a high sense of quality and a great sense of responsibility.
- Act as a team player with experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in Strategy / UX / UI / Dev / QA to achieve common goals.
