About the Role

The CRM Executive will plan and implement multi-channel CRM activity across the reader lifecycle for a 9-month fixed-term contract.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop and implement multi-channel campaigns such as acquisition, in-life, upsell/cross-sell, renewal, and winback.
  • Deliver multi-channel and measurable customer campaigns and journeys.
  • Present plans and activity performance to a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Participate in team and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience building campaigns using a CRM tool (ideally Braze, but not essential).
  • Experience in marketing performance tracking, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience in audience-centric, data-driven marketing.
  • Experience executing activity across email; other channels are a bonus.

Salary/Compensations

  • Minimum £30,000 per annum for full-time roles, dependent on skills and experience.
