About the Role
The AZ Driver delivers products safely and professionally to customer locations while upholding Bunzl’s high service standards.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vehicles safely and in compliance with all transportation regulations.
- Deliver customer orders accurately and on schedule.
- Meet Bunzl Standard KPI Goals.
- Load and unload products manually or using pallet jacks and other equipment.
- Communicate with Manager/Customers regarding deliveries and returns.
- Complete daily logs and comply with provincial transportation regulations.
- Conduct pre and post‑trip inspections.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as required.
Requirements
- Valid Class AZ license and clean driver’s abstract.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Electronic Logging Device (ELD) experience.
- Minimum three years of commercial driving experience or accredited training.
- Knowledge of provincial transportation regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret manifests and invoices.
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Ability to work safely in accordance with company safety policies and applicable occupational health and safety legislation.
- Customer‑service oriented and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and move products as required.
