About the Role
We are looking for an experienced People Partner to join our Customer Operations People Partner team. You will work with leaders across Customer Operations to design and deliver their people strategy, ensuring an excellent people experience. You will coach employees to drive great outcomes and be part of the Operations leadership team while belonging to the People Collective.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Directors across Operations teams to create and deliver a people plan that enables employees to solve problems with empathy and pace.
- Collaborate with Senior Leadership teams across Operations to drive high performance, engagement, and healthy organisation design.
- Own the people's life-cycle within your business area, proactively iterating and improving your approach.
- Collaborate with the Diversity Lead to drive measurable change in company-level D&I goals within Tech & Business teams.
- Identify and surface trends in data to improve organisational health and drive change through stakeholders.
- Support headcount management decisions, aligned with budget for the areas.
- Empower and coach managers to improve their leadership skills.
- Help teams develop strong diversity and inclusion practices.
- Work with leads in People (Learning & Development, Reward, Talent, etc.) to define team-specific requirements.
- Monitor external trends to inform internal best practices.
Requirements
- Experience building strong, trusting relationships with Director-level stakeholders.
- Significant experience as a People Partner working with varied Operational business areas.
- Inclusion is at the forefront of your mind at all times.
- Ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience designing, delivering, and embedding new ways of doing things.
- Comfort analysing data to make data-based decisions.
- Experience in areas such as organisational design, employee relations, succession planning, and talent development.
