About the Role
This role involves shaping impactful campaigns and building meaningful client partnerships, offering expertise in account management and strategic planning with broad exposure to clients, media, analytics, and creative teams. You will help bring campaigns to life, assist clients in achieving their goals, and develop a strong understanding of the current marketing landscape.
Responsibilities
- Support the planning and delivery of integrated media campaigns that align with client objectives and audience needs.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Prepare clear and accurate reports, presentations, and campaign documentation to keep projects moving forward.
- Collaborate with specialists across digital, partnerships, analytics, strategy, and other teams to deliver successful campaign launches.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise results through data-driven recommendations.
- Coordinate with local markets, activation teams, and channel specialists to ensure consistent execution and alignment.
- Contribute ideas, insights, and strategic thinking that help clients grow and strengthen campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deliver high-quality work.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn about clients, audiences, media, and emerging trends.
- Analytical thinking and an ability to turn data into practical recommendations.
- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working across diverse teams.
- Confidence in managing multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.
