About the Role
Public Storage is seeking Property Managers to work independently across multiple locations, balancing indoor and outdoor responsibilities to support customer needs and facility operations.
Responsibilities
- Assess customer storage needs and suggest solutions
- Sell packing and moving supplies
- Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability
- Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits
- Manage customer payments and perform collection calls
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks including sweeping, mopping, and exterior groundskeeping
- Travel between properties to perform work-related tasks
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Access to a personal vehicle for business travel
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Ability to walk in and around facilities for up to 50% of the workday
- Ability to climb stairs and operate large doors
