About the Role

Seeking a Guidewire Jutro Developer to support the design, development, and implementation of modern digital experiences on the Guidewire platform. This role focuses on building responsive, scalable front-end solutions using Jutro while collaborating closely with backend Guidewire teams, architects, and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong Guidewire Digital experience, hands-on Jutro development skills, and the ability to thrive in an agile, hybrid delivery environment.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize user interfaces using Guidewire Jutro
Build responsive, reusable UI components aligned with Guidewire best practices
Integrate Jutro applications with Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter APIs
Collaborate with UX designers, backend developers, and solution architects
Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities
Troubleshoot UI issues and optimize performance across devices and browsers
Support Guidewire upgrades, enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Requirements

4+ years of experience in software development with Guidewire Digital exposure
Hands-on experience with Guidewire Jutro Framework
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
Experience integrating frontend applications with RESTful APIs
Familiarity with Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter)
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
