About the Role
We are seeking an individual to automate manual, repetitive, and error-prone tasks across various departments by understanding processes and delivering AI-powered solutions. This role involves working hands-on with code and collaborating with a junior engineer, reporting directly to the CTO.
Responsibilities
- Automate manual work across departments like Finance, Operations, Customer Support, and Sales.
- Understand end-to-end processes by collaborating with team members.
- Build AI-powered solutions to handle repetitive tasks.
- Deliver automations that result in measurable time savings for teams.
- Mentor a junior engineer in building automations.
- Document and standardize the process of discovering, building, and handing over automations for scalability.
Requirements
- Proven track record of automations deployed to production, not just prototypes or proofs of concept.
- Strong engineering fundamentals, proficient in Python (or similar).
- Experience with APIs and data handling.
- Proficiency with AI-Coding and agent tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor) as part of a natural workflow.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Ability to work directly with German-speaking teams to understand their daily work.
