About the Role

At EY-Parthenon, you will support CEOs, boards, and private equity firms in transaction-based transformations, from initial strategic thinking to successful implementation. You will work on groundbreaking projects across diverse industries, focusing on strategy realignment, optimization, transformative deals, and restructurings. Utilizing data-driven insights and AI technologies, you will explore new markets, drive growth, and develop corporate and capital strategies that make a significant difference.

Responsibilities

Actively participate in strategy and transformation projects, advising national and international decision-makers on strategy development across sectors with significant scope for action.
Set the course for future-oriented transformations and transactions, leading them to success in collaboration with other EY network teams.
Continuously develop your expertise in various industries, project types, and areas where you can leverage your strengths.
Take on responsibility beyond your project, contributing to the organization's development through new tools, structures, or processes.

Requirements

Completed Master's degree with outstanding results in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or other quantitative fields.
Several years of proven expertise in a leadership position within strategy consulting.
International experience.
Critical questioning of facts.
Strong presentation skills.
Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level).
