About the Role

Join Hedin Automotive as a Sales Enquiry Advisor and become the first point of contact for customers beginning their BMW or MINI journey. Based in our centralised contact call centre, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experience by managing enquiries across phone, email, live chat, online channels, and events.

Responsibilities

• Answering inbound telephone calls and responding to email, live chat, online, and event-generated sales enquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Engaging with customers to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and vehicle requirements, ensuring they are matched with the most suitable BMW or MINI.
• Responding to digital enquiries through the Carwow and CRM platforms within agreed service level targets
• Gathering and accurately recording customer information and enquiries within the DMS system.
• Work with the relevant manager to allocate enquiries to Sales Executives
• Connect customers with the appropriate sales executive
• Coordinate and schedule customer appointments, including test drives
• Stay up to date with our product BMW & MINI range, including new technologies and competitors, to confidently discuss our cars and services with customer
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers’ expectations are exceeded

Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales, customer service or call centre environment ideally advising on products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Strong administration and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
• Well organised with the ability to manage multiple enquiries in a fast-paced environment

Salary/Compensations

• Up to £19,848 OTE per annum
• Basic salary of £16,848
• OTE of £19,848 per annum
