About the Role

As a Bingo Supervisor at Bingo Central, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff training, handle cash transactions, and ensure compliance. You will work closely with the Bingo Shift Manager to maintain high standards of service and create an engaging, fun atmosphere for patrons.

Responsibilities

• Ensure sessions are adequately staffed with Bingo Callers and Service Representatives.
• Train and develop team members in Bingo operations.
• Monitor business flow to create efficient training, break, and monthly shift schedules.
• Maintain communication across work areas to ensure efficiency and guest service standards.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of internal functions, controls, and software updates.
• Act as a positive role model by upholding high standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements

• Must be able to work both Day and Swing shifts.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years of experience in Bingo operations or gaming.
• Above average verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding guest service skills.
• Previous money handling experience with basic math skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule.
• Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 41-50 pounds.
