About the Role

Sanity.io is building the future of AI-powered Content Operations with an AI Content Operating System that allows teams to model, create, and automate content, accelerating digital development and improving efficiency. Companies like SKIMS, Figma, and Riot Games use Sanity.

Responsibilities

• Ship world-class products as part of the AI growth team, building for developers and editors who care deeply about quality, performance, and finish.
• Shape an evolving design culture within a team of high craft Product Designers.
• Partner with Product and Engineering counterparts to design agentic AI products across Sanity’s flagship offerings.
• Design and build growth experiments.
• Find inspiration at the intersection of experience, infrastructure, and organizational needs.
• Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Establish guidelines, systems, and patterns.
• Set the industry bar for what good looks like.

Requirements

• Strong frontend engineering skills (React, Javascript)
• Understanding of developer needs and ability to grasp Sanity’s core products and customer (CLI, Sanity MCP Server, Content Lake, etc)
• An eye for UI design and strong visual craft
• Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems, including component creation
