About the Role
Infinity Replacement by Marvin is seeking Entry Level Sales Representatives to engage with homeowners at retail locations and community events. This role focuses on introducing products and scheduling in-home consultations, offering a flexible schedule and strong earning potential without the need for cold calling or closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with homeowners at retail locations, events, and community venues
- Represent the brand in a professional and approachable manner
- Identify customer interest and schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Accurately enter customer details and appointment information
- Set up and manage branded displays
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly appointment goals
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation for travel to retail locations and events
- Possession of a smartphone
- Comfort standing and moving throughout the shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs for display setup
- Confidence in handling rejection
- Strong face-to-face communication skills
