About the Role

This role is pivotal in enhancing and optimizing workflows, building and managing performance reporting, supporting Sales and Client Success teams through process optimization, managing projects across diverse business partners, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior management. The Strategist will work closely with Sales, Client Success, and Operational Excellence leadership to define, prioritize, and execute strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer satisfaction, and foster business growth.

Responsibilities

Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to drive operational excellence and scalability.
Employ data to derive strategic insights and recommendations for senior management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to drive program and process improvements that maximize scale, customer experience, and align with business goals.
Proactively share insights with colleagues to drive collaboration and innovation.
Provide timely updates on program performance and key metrics.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational and data challenges, ensuring clear communication and sustainable root cause analysis.

Requirements

Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Results-oriented with solid attention to detail and commercial/business insight.
Proven project management skills with experience in process evaluation and driving operational improvements.
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills.
SQL experience or willingness to develop SQL proficiency.
