About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Factory Controller in the management and analysis of plant costs, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for business decision-making. Contribute to budget control, financial closing, inventory and fixed asset management, as well as identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and cost optimization in manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate product cost analysis to support business decision-making and identify continuous cost improvement opportunities.
- Responsible for the monthly financial closing of the plant through analysis of cost center expenses, material costs, usage and price variances, and performance reports.
- Responsible for the annual standard cost budget, cost estimates, transfer prices, and control of the fixed cost budget.
- Support the control of fixed assets, capitalization processes, and inventories of assets, technical spare parts, raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.
- Act as a key user (Super User) of SAP Costing and support continuous improvement projects and optimization of plant financial processes.
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Accounting, Cost Accounting (ideal), Finance, Manufacturing Finance (ideal).
- Advanced knowledge of Office tools.
